Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are planning to open the campground on April 29 for seasonal guests and essential workers.  During this time, expect all public indoor & outdoor areas to be closed including all bathrooms.  A weekly pump-out service will be offered free of charge.  The office and store will be operating on a limited basis and will be accessed through our check-in window, via phone, or via e-mail.  Any merchandise orders will be picked up outside the store or delivered to a campsite.  Anyone coming to the campground is encouraged to enjoy the property including our dog park and fishing pond while maintaining social distancing regulations.  If possible, during this time, we will gradually relax restricted access to public areas.

We have targeted May 21 as opening day for all other guests in accordance with Connecticut’s “stay at home” order currently in effect through May 20.  We expect to be functioning on a “close to normal” basis for this period with operational bathrooms and assorted scheduled family activities.  Do not hesitate to make your reservations for Memorial Day weekend or any other dates after May 20.  Anyone with a reservation that gets cancelled due to a delayed opening will have the option to receive a refund or a credit plus 10%.  Prior to April 29, we will have staff working remotely to answer any questions you might have.  The best way to reach us is via email at info@whitepinescampsites.com.  Guests with existing reservations can also reach us through our guest portal.

Unfortunately, we have to cancel our Free Weekend which was scheduled for May 1 – May 3.

Please understand that this situation is changing on a daily basis and we will do our best to keep you updated regarding our plans.  On behalf of everyone at White Pines Campsites, please be smart and stay safe.

Sincerely,

Michael Busch, Owner
